Stephen King's second collaboration of the year (his first was with Richard Chizmar on Gwendy's Button Box) is with his son, Owen King, like his brother Joe Hill, an author in his own right, with two novels and an anthology of short stories to his name. Collaborations are always interesting because the mechanics of the process are often as interesting as the books themselves (in this case, both Kings have said they each worked on separate bits, which were then tinkered with afresh when the other got their hands on them).
